Ocean Customer Service

Sales Manager (Air or Ocean)
Sales and Business Development Director

Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of proven track record in concept selling of customized services for research, events sponsorship and other large logistics sales.
2. Have a proven track record in building and managing effective sales team.
3. Strong persona in engaging with senior-management of logistics institutions and multi-national corporations.
4. Already have built a strong networking forwarding record.
5. Strong acumen in business development and commercial sense.
6. Excellent proposal writing, communication and presentation skills.
7. Must be effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
8. Good tertiary qualification is a must.

Project and Planning Manager
Beijing/Shanghai/ Tianjin/ Qindao/ Dalian

Responsibilities:
1.Assist Manager, Assistant Vice President or Vice President P&P to develop and implement migration and remigration projects by helping to evaluate procedure manuals and participating in system and user acceptance tests.
2. Review procedure workflows for new operations and preparing detailed action plans on resources/training/coaching/fit-out/workstations installations to support new migration and remigration plans.
3.Act as a coordinator between external parties, i.e. project teams of counterparts, technical teams and etc., and internal user departments, system administration teams, technical teams (PDC), HR department, Building Management, General Administration department, Finance Department to ensure the smooth migration and remigration implementation process.
4. Informing parties concerned of the progress of the migration projects and coordinating the work among parties involved in the projects.
5. Help line manager and supervisor to evaluate/improve the production efficiency and accuracy; Makes suggestion to streamline the operations procedure

Requirements:
1.Diploma or Degree holder at a recognized university or college.
2. Project management skill including encompassing feasibility study capability, implementation and review monitoring skill, people/resources management skill, planning and organizing skill etc
